Activities Of Late

It was Dax's Birthday party tonight at the park. As you can see, he is very, very excited to see all us old people that he invited.
He did enjoy the pinata
Easton loved all the goodies--even Dax's blue icing birthday cake
When the party was done they all let the balloons go. I loved the looks on their faces!!

*********************************************

We watched Jarom and Adrien's girls while Adrien ran in a triathlon in Burley, Idaho. They made a weekend of it. We really had a great time with the girls.

The girls loved jumping on the tramp with Papa, they really wore him out.

While the girls were jumping on the tramp, Kate loved swinging and playing in the sand. Afterwhich she really needed a bath soooo....

I put Kate in the highchair and turned around for just a minute and there she was sound asleep

Remembering--

Kim had this on her blog and I thought it would be fun to see the memories--

1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you!reminisce away...

July 4th

Here they are: Allie, Emmie, Logan, Landon and Dax just waiting for the candy, with Adrien far left, Brion, Jarom holding Kate and our very pregnant Amie in the background.

Later at Scott and Lacee's house--
Allie and Logan warming up in a towel
We rounded them up for a picture--I got wet trying to take it--splash splash
For the last few years we have been going to the Grantsville parade mainly because they throw more candy than at the Tooele parade and you don't have to fight to get a piece of candy. Yes, I have been known to go after the candy, but only for the grandkids (if you believe that, then I have some property that I would like to sell you). Anyway, we sure got a haul this year--two frisbee's, three little first aid kits and loads and loads of candy. Then we went over to Scott and Lacee's to have a barbeque and swim with the kids. It was really a great day. The only grandkids that I didn't get in this post (because it will only let you post so many pictures) was Easton, Kate and Clayton so I will post some more pictures of them in a few days.
